Lame n idiotic: Army Open House

Tis wk mon n tues off so rot @ hme. Wed went back 2 paint tank for the upcomin CO change of command parade. Thurs n fri went for Army open house live firing rehearsal. Luckily bcoz of my commitment in AOH, my OC excused me frm Sunday Army half marathon n the preparation on Sat itself. Heng ar less 1 wkend burnt.

Thurs went 4 my 1st live firing. Sian. 1st day go there kena scold 4 nothing by 40 CO. Super turned off. My tank juz manuevred slowly s i needed 2 adjust my tank 2wards the tgt 4 the 1st time. "14A can u stop movin like a fuckin pussy!" Tat was wad the the 40 CO lashed out @ me. Walau eh i 1st time doin leh can giv me some leeway. Haiz life in army is liddat. Due 2 the regimental system n ranks, i 3SG got 2 put up wif such stuffs.... Other than tat, all the runs were alright.

Nxt wk i can onli go hme on wed. Mon got rehearsals n on tues, the media is comin 2 film something, tik is the advertisement 4 the AOH ba. Den frm thurs 2 the following mon, AOH officially starts n i had 2 stay there until 2000hrs den go back camp n slp... Sad rite... Hopefully the followin wk i can clear off n get excused frm COC parade. Den nw my coy come up wif some stupid clear off policies which i tik i wont b able 2 clear finish my offs liao.

Damn dulan. If u dun intend 2 let us clear, y giv us in the 1st place. All these offs r given 4 the amt of sweat, time n effort we spent doin things on wkends or some extra events wan. Nw u dun let us clear. Realli wth! I had alreadi met the requirement 2 ORD liao not sayin tat i dun wan 2 strive for my ippt gold. My frens in other coys or other battalions can clear y cant i clear. Unfairness n double standard. u simply wan every1 2 get gold n soc pass such tat this result n record will b beneficial for ure career advancement. Selfish is the word i can tik of 2 describe tis. Tis is absolutely absurd. Wad if until the end cannot get gold hw? U still let us clear? Or still cannot clear? Cannot ans rite. If u choose let us clear no 1 will bother 2 strive 4 gold in the 1st place. See u cant ans tis qns coz u r afraid of the consequences of choosin either ans.

Tues wed thurs clear half day off. U got no right 2 force us 2 clear. If u onli allow us 2 clear onli this 3 days, hw much $$ will one spend on transportation goin out n back 2 camp? Alot rite. So u tik who wld wan 2 clear. If u force, u will b subjected 2 complains. Pls spare a thought 4 those who hav fighted 4 ure sake, trained 4 ure sake n helped u along the way.

Anw juz 2 inform those who r interested in tis yr Army Open House. It will b held @ Pasir Laba Camp(somewhere near boon lay) frm 30 aug-3 sept. Time i nt sure but soon it will b on media advertisement. Tis yr nt bad the public can hav a chance 2 c alot of live firin like attack helicopter, milan, mortar n armour vehs.
