4 the past few days had been spendin times in the sch wif our fitness juniors n seniors. Despite i always end up being kb, i realli enjoyed my time in fitness n enjoy the company there. 4 the juniors, didnt realli noe much of them xcept 4 kevin but durin tis few wks of camp, i began 2 noe u all well. I had 2 say tat they r a united grp of interestin pple.

Zhengcai- the bird howler. Like 2 mimic the irritating bird which wooo wuuu in the mornin or afternoon. Super joker oso. Wif him arnd confirm can laff like hell. Does a gd job in bondin every1 2gether n leadin every1. Play bball quite well oso. Well known 4 chiongin 2nd rnd of food.

Den reached sch n started our gamblin den n played bridge until gk joined us frm his church grp activity. After tat went staff lounge 2 watch tv wif mr lim n played cards again. By the time i went back i quickly took my slpin bag n slpt. When i woke up suddenly i saw mr lum doin gym. I was like wth n andy they all damn zai ultimate pang seh mr lum usin gym nvr tell mi. Refresh myself abit den did somemore bench press den went toa payoh 4 mr lim's dinner treat.

Ha mr lim treated every1 of us a meal @ Sizzle in which u juz hav 2 order a main course den the rest of the food r buffet style @ the salad bar. After walkin 1 round, i ended up wif 2 plates of all the salads i can find n 1 bowl of soup. Soon our main course came n s usual lup ar! Jm smart lar order the right thing lar. Deep sea platter realli alot. Mine chicken chop oso not bad coz the servin portion veri big. Ha i veri heng coz i liked 2 eat potato n there got a variety of potato salad eat until i almost puke. Den i chiong pasta, keropok, nanchos n 1 more soup. Finally followed by fruits n den ice cream wif nuts n choc chips. By the time, my stomach super bloated liao so decided 2 jalan jalan arnd a bit

So i ended up @ the j1 table n joined in in their game of zhong ji mi ma. Ha super heng nvr kena but we made 2 much noise liao den mr lim asked us 2 stop. But soon we started again. Bloody hell the j1 all ganged up 2gether sabohed mi lar. Den the punishment was 2 eat hte special ice cream got water melon, pasta, all the salad sauce, tobasco sauce, salt n all the funny sauce lar. @ 1st it was ok but when i chewed it wah it was like sai. Soon they left laffin @ mi n went back 2 prep prog 4 us. @ 1st it was ok but den my stomach suddenly odd realli felt like vomitting. Got 2 thx gk, andy, weehon n elyse went breaktalk 2 take plastic bag despite the size. Wah i gek until super jialat until realli got cold sweat. Got 1 instance almost came out but in the end managed 2 swallow back. Ha super disgustin.

Went back n enjoyed the skit put up by the j1 showin wad the seniors always do n say. Veri zai hor benjamin rite go eat grass hor. kk den all of us took turn 2 address the j1 followed by the teachers n grand seniors. Den prize presentation 2 us. Tis wk shld b the last time i meet the fitness pple b4 i get enlisted. Mon noon time went 2 sch 2 get my testimonial n den went lab adven centre 2 meet up wif my juniors n gk, jm, huihan, andy n wee hon 4 the leadership camp done by our jnrs 4 the canoein club. Wah sian when i reached there had 2 make my way 2 the bball court thru a swampy-like field, causing my shoe 2 b soaked with mud. The most sian thing is by the time i finally made my way 2 the bball court, they ended their bball game n headed back 2 their bunks.

Den it was outdr cookin time 4 the canoeists while our jnrs had 2 learn those rock climbin stuffs so being the seniors we had 2 supervise. Wah den got 1 person named yong sheng same name s mi jia ba bo sai bang question gk authority n kenna wacked like hell. Wah sia realli tarnished my name... After outdr cookin, jm n i went out 2 da bao lunch 4 the few of us. After our lunch, we joined the canoeists 4 rock climbing. Tat jm machaim spiderman climb the wall super fast. Soon my turn but climbed until 3/4 den tat's it. Realli super sian climbed 3 walls all oso the same. Mayb rock climbin nt my sport ba n after tat jm went 4 his dental n left wif 5 seniors onli.

Den we met wif jm 2 go pasir panjang fd centre 4 lunch n went back LAC 2 play asshole daidee n den slp. Durin the slp time, dunno wad jm did 2 occupy his time. By the time i woke up time 4 bbq liao so went 2 help out the jnrs 2 start fire. The bbq was a hoax lar coz the food we ordered mostly r cooked liao xcept 4 satay. Den after tat start campfire. After campfire, play police n thieves wif the canoeists. They realli veri jialat ran 4 a while den dun wan 2 chase after us liao. After tat they had their 1 nite stand interview session while we went back 2 our bunk play bridge n den slp.

Nxt mornin woke up n took our breakfast n headed back 2 sch. Upon reachin sch, we faster chiong gym n den we had debrief n phototakin session. The camp was realli fun n was realli pleased tat the jnrs had improved alot. Realli got 2 thx them 4 treatin us so well durin our stay. Kk nxt few days senior retreat plus the present exco retreat. After tat left 2 wks n 4 days 2 army liao. Filled wif both anxiety n despair. Haiz really dunno hw long can i maintain my +ve attitude.

Yesterday woke up @ 6 liddat den got 2 rush 2 labrador adven centre 2 meet wif huihan andy n gk by 8. We got 2 redo the trek 4 the junior 2 get all the timings correctly such tat they can plan their day plan successfully. Ha after the prev day exp i decided nt 2 wear sleeveless coz the slings of the bag will cause friction on the shlder n i prepared boxer. Wah tat day we got 2 finish the bloody trek in 6hrs. 1st job yoshinoya. My 1st day spent the entire time inside the kitchen fried stuffs n preparin order. Yoshinoya is a demandin fast fd restaurant alot of stuff realli need 2 DIY nt like those in which most food r made in factory den when it was time 2 serve juz reheat. In yoshinoya, the beef got 2 cook manually n tasted b4 served. Cook rice n scoop rice n prep order oso got procedures 2 follow n muz b precise. Den slowly upgrade 2 cut veg, make coleslaw, spread chicken... Den followed by counter n den dish washer. Everything was fine wif mi until the change of manager. She super zai tik i superman liddat. When customers in, she went chattin on the fone while i like siao kia runnin arnd in kitchen cookin stuffs n preparin stuffs. Den when closin save labour let mi do the entire kitchen closin wash everything, wash floor n worst change the oil of the fryers all by myself. The worst thing is she nvr follow the company policy 2 raise my pay every 6 mths.

Wah i damn pissed n gek but bobian she's the boss wad. Finally my cousin saved mi frm hell n he intro mi 2 giordano job. Again i got a demandin job. Once u c customer come in, MUZ greet n once u c them leave MUZ say thx u see u again. Wah den i MUZ put on a smile everyday. Seems tiring but tis job is much better than yoshinoya can meet alot of diff type of pple everyday n can interact wif them oso. After the mon club, i spent most of my tues time 2 slp. Realli veri tired sia. Den wed mornin woke up n kenna called by gk 2 go back help out the fitness juniors so i agreed since i like long time nvr c them liao. The juniors havin camp 4 canoein club so they hav 2 dry run 1st. But tat mornin i complacent n kept assumin n nvr followed order properly so ended up in some miscommunciation n didnt prepare the right things. Realli sorry gk.

So i met wif gk n ms lee @ labrador adven centre. The juniors n hui han had went wif their recce 4 the nite trek later tat nite. So we played volleyball 2 occupy our time n @ the same time tok cock again. Den went 2 the teacher accomodation rm n slack. Ha den i saw got accoustic guitar so i took n anihow strum a tune. @ the same time, tried the alcohol gk brought 4 his nite chalet. Heng i took a small sip or else i confirm ended up drunk.

Soon tat gk left 4 his chalet n the juniors n huihan returned n mr lim came back frm his course. Den hui han n i oversee the juniors conduct their dry run. Along the journey we got jokers like yun xiang n benjamin who realli cock alot or else the trek will b veri sian. Ha the trek 2 mount faber will realli make the canoein club pple tulan. We were like movin along the circumference of mount faber b4 makin our way up. Like wad another joker zheng cai said, the canoein club by tat time will alreadi jiao dolong liao. Upon reachin the peak, it began 2 rain heavily n luckily we got nearby shelter n we managed 2 meet up wif mr lim,kevin, zhilong n zhengcai. Once it rained it nvr stopped so we got 2 spend our time @ the shelter n tat shelter damn cramped up so got 2 sit up n slp. Ha the j1 veri kuai lan all the sentry job leave 2 zhilong 2 do. So mi n huihan sat up n try 2 help zhilong abit but in the end sometime we oso dozed off. Haha! By nxt mornin the rain ceased so we had a can food breakfast n moved on 2 telok blangah park peak. By tat time, a lot of us were veri tired liao so we got 2 keep usin 2 words like push on or press on 2 motivate every1. Upon reachin our destination, we rested 4 a while n moved on 2 kent ridge park peak. By the time we reached there i ver shagged liao. While they doin their obstacle course i decided 2 take a rest. Tat huihan realli like energiser sia so he SHLD b the MR FIT. After tat we moved 2 NUS Art Fac 2 hav our lunch n den move 2 clementi woods followed by our last destination west coast park. After tat the journey back 2 lab adven centre is veri long but since it is our last pt of trek, alot of pple veri cooperative kept pushin on n ended up reachin lab adven centre early than xpected. The entire trek lasted abt 14 hrs inclusive of 5hrs stuck @ mount faber lar.

Wah the feelin of takin the backpacks off my back damn shiok but damn pain. Bcoz the friction of the backpack my shlder skin sort of got burnt liddat n my blister pain is like seasoned off. Wah it was like 4 plus liao n i got animal n soccer gang steamboat dinner later 2nite. I faster changed shirt n rushed 2 take bus 2 cck. I slpt thruout the bus ride n den took mrt hme. Reached hme liao den got 2 clean up n rushed out again. So met wif kel, shuheng, sj, zhen hong n songyee @ bb mrt den we walked 2 favian hse. Veri funny coz we like need 2 pay $$ 4 the steamboat b4 we can go in2 the hse like the bridegroom givin $$ 2 pple preventin him 2 go in2 the hse 2 get the bride.

We played until 12 plus den left.

2ml nite mi huihan n gk will b goin thru the trek all over the trek again in the nite 2 get the exact timing. Tis time our load will b like 2-4 bottles of 1.5 lit. After a while went out 2 find tp n ws who went 2 buy drinks n soon, the party ended n every1 came out. Den my class pple n gk, tp, teck khoon, ws n a new guy we knew durin the club decided 2 walk 2 the nearest 24 hr cafe. Realli pai sei 4 the long trek n my habit of tendency of trek after events. Nw juz reached hme frm my overnite cycling wif shuheng, kel, dog, sj n zhen hong. Juz finish bathing so no mood 2 slp so decided 2 blog. Wah the trip was realli fun n exciting. Realli got 2 thx all of them takin care of me durin the trip s i juz learnt cycling onli n dun mind mi being a burden 2 slow dwn their journey.

In order 2 prepare 4 the trip, i slpt the entire mornin den go out 4 lunch den go hme n slpt until evening. After tat met wif them @ jurong mrt station @ 8 plus. By abt 9 plus we reached east coast park liao so we went 2 get the bikes immediately. Wah the auntie there very gd gave us very gd bike n gd rates. $7 4 overnite until nxt mornin 11am. Upon hearin tat, i realised tat the bloody changi Mr Bike shop cheated us lar. $12 4 using frm morn 2 afternoon n the bike super lousy type. After getting our bikes we cycled 2 the hawker centre 4 some light snacks. Damn suay lar. Halfway 2 the hawker centre, there was a heavy dwnpour n resultin us gettin wet when we reached the hawker centre. But nvm it didnt affect my appetite n i went 2 order alv's suggested prawn mee(soup) n juz nice got five prawns 2 giv 2 5 of them. When we finished our food, the heavy dwnpour bcame light drizzle so we decided 2 start our cyclin.

So we split in2 2 grps 2 c who will reach Bedok mrt 1st. Dog,me n zhen hong 1 grp while sh,kel n sj another grp. My grp gong gong go traced our way back 2 eunos mrt den 2 kembangan but unfortunately frm kembangan 2 bedok is actually tunnel so we r unable 2 follow the track n ended up delayin alot of time. Tat sj super zai dunno hw he cut when we reached kembangan they alreadi reached bedok liao. Upon reachin bedok, we went 7-11 2 buy some other stuffs 2 eat. After tat, we decided 2 head 2 changi village so sj led the way. Erm he quite smart cut thru bedok reservoir den use the tampines park connector 2 tampines n den use the sun plaza park connector 2 link 2 pasir ris park. Finally, cycle along pasir ris drive 3, followed by loyang ave n den CV. By the time we reached there, it was abt 3 am liao.

After gettin out of tat horrendous carpark, we cycled 2wards the SAF jetty where my parents will b sendin mi off 2 a holiday resort in tekong nxt mth n den cycle past almost the whole entire changi airport landin area n takin off area. Wah the view was damn nice lar when u c the plane takin off or landin. The rd nt much vehicles but if got they travelled veri quickly. So we muz b veri careful n got 2 cycle the veri inner lane n got 2 constantly look back 2 check out 4 cars. @ the same time, the bike shop got gave us brake light oso so shld b ok. Den we oso passed an area where sh said last time he kenna chased by a pack of dogs so we tried 2 cycled slealthily. Ha luckily we got dog arnd so in the end no dogs chased after us. Den we finally reached the ECP section. 2 my surprise the ECP section is juz a 1 min turn onli n den it is back 2 rd liao so shld nt b consider illegal liao. Den the remainin route 2 east coast super shiok all straight path n dun even hav ani single vehicles. Soon, we cut in2 1 of the east coast park n saw a lot of vehicles got curtains or put newspaper. haha veri obvious rite. So we kuai lan we cycled past n kept ringin our bike bells.

By 5 plus we reached the mac @ east coast so we decided 2 play bridge until 9 am 2 go n return our bike. tat dog the prev day went out wif gf the entire nite oso so he realli dong buai diao so he left 1st leavin the 4 of us playin bridge. Ha sh was damn pissed when he was my partner coz i kept sabohin him. But in the end sj was the ultimate saboh king super zai kept feedin every1 rgdless whether the person is his partner realli confuse all of us. Soon 9am liao we returned bike n went back eunos 2 take 61 back bb. Den they still got energy 2 go play street soccer but i oso dong buai diao so go hme. Wah nw quite tired liao better turn in liao!

Last wk until 2day, quite busy with the chalet stuff n oso veri tired due 2 my trainings s well. 2day chalet finally over liao so got time 2 blog. Ha pls bear wif me s this blog is only 2 b veri long. Erm let's start with mon, 28 Nov

On tat day, busy packin the mornin den went 2 jp 2 meet jm n alv 2 buy present 4 alex n some camp stuffs. Den went 2 giant 2 buy somemore camp stuffs. Wah tat day both mi n alv like damn cocked up. Dunno y he bcome so blur while i kept hallucinating stuffs oso. 963 i tot is 969 n kept hearin my hp rang even though it didnt. Both of us spent abt 15 min lookin 4 a bottle of honey n abt 20 min 4 marshmallow despite walkin past it. After tat rushed hme n den took my pack out 2 go stan's hse 2 meet jm,alv n aaron. Stan's parents n his neighbour r veri friendly n even allow us 2 use their fridge 2 store our food. Howeva stan cant go 2 the chalet s he last min den realise it crashed wif his church camp. Can c he was disappointed tat he cant go 4 the chalet tat he oso actively planned. Tat nite, after preparin the stuffs n disturbin pple on msn, we realli buay tahan n went slp.

The nxt day, we woke up early 2 go mkt 2 get some other stuffs n breakfast. When we came back, we tot we can relax 4 a while b4 the chalet. Howeva we were wrong. Stan's mum got help pple take care children. When we came back, the 3 of them kept clingin on us since we were the guests n thus we bcame part time baby sitter. Wah tis is the worst time i had wif children even my cousin who is so kuai lan is even better than them. Mayb we handle them wrongly by keep allowin them 2 do what they want in the 1st place den caused them 2 hav the assumption tat we will giv in 2 them when they cried or whined. Hweva in the end, it rained heavily when we were bbqin halfway n coz the green club pple 2 waste their trip dwn 2 our chalet s they didnt manage 2 eat much b4 they left. The rain realli caused us 2 sian jibua n ended up us playin PS n mahjong thruout the nite. Ha tat day played WE8 like siao kept shoutin like siao pple. Play mahjong den kept crappin wif alv, hm n sus. Ha since tat nite, there's 1 more 1 animal in our class which is a malayan tapir n the person is hm. The 2nd day woke up after few hrs of slp den went play bball n soccer wif jm, alv,alex, aaron, rich, hf, weichen n beining. Wah after runnin arnd 4 a while, i cannot liao so tis DEFINITELY conclude tat i m NOT mr fit. After tat went back 2 chalet. Act wanted 2 go kayakin wan. But we were realli out of schedule liao n i got 2 help aaron 2 prepare stuffs 4 bbq n the water bomb game. B4 evening, we were playin mahjong n realised there is some pple super jialat. Haha! i took 1 tiles n anihow say zi mo n the person realli blieve n show all tiles n want 2 xi pai liao. After playin mahjong, play teken 4 wif alex n jm. Damn funny some character damn crap pray 2 heaven den can heal wan. Laff until like siao. By evenin, we started the fire n began the hungry ghost feast n chiong the satays, prawns n chicken wings n sotong balls. Eat until i lose my voice liao nw sounds quite similar 2 hm liao. 2pid hf throw waterbomb @ mi when i was least xpectin it. She was like sayin, "my fren n i..." n den pop 1 packet landed on my back. After bbq, we started our water bomb game. Realli basket lar i just wanted 2 take some water bomb n keep it 4 every1 sake. Instead of appreciating my effort all threw water bomb @ me. Nvm i got stand by pail n styrofoam box in the kitchen. When the game started it seems like the guys r hitting @ 1 another but tis is a 调虎离山之计 plus 声东击西 tactic. When the gers r left near the bbq pit n the guys out of the place, we start our waves of artillery of water bomb. When we finished rite, like war, we will need 2 hav a temporary base so the kitchen bcame our base where we load our ammunition. Den we upgraded our weapon 2 pails n styrofoam box n kept lvlin up. The game is 1 sided n a total ownage 4 the guys. But in the end i oso kenna 3 buckets of water n 1 is detergent somemore. After tat, damn tired liao so go bathe 1st n den play 3 rnds of mahjong. Again tis conclude tat i NT mr fit. After tat, mi n jm went in n saw alex slpin liao. Suddenly he woke up n like say: jiaming ar ni h............................ Like Sai Gong, reciting some prayers, leavin mi n jm in a daze. After his recitation, he fell asleep again liao. Soon i oso fell asleep n began 2 snore wif increasin high freq n pitch accordin 2 jm. Muz b 2 tired liao coz i seldom snore wan.
