Yesterday we invited peter leow, a professional gym instructor n a 55kg lightweight body builder. he realli damn fit lar, can realli wear underwear outside n become Big Bicep Man liao. Ha wah tat day he realli enlightens mi alot of stuff on gym workout realli got 2 thx him. Tat day, i was quite glad tat 3 j1 in fitness approach mi n tok abt gym workouts n fitness s a cca. Can c that they realli like 2 do gym work alot n veri enthusiastic in trainin. If they continue 2 perform well, i will definitely recommend them in2 exco. Ha tis wk i was veri relieved tat i received my letter 4 medical checkup coz i tot tat cmpb might hav mistaken n defered mi 4 1 more yr. Arranged 2 go wif alvin on the same day 2 do our cough test. 2day woke up veri early 2 go tampines 4 childcare centre visit. Tat person in charge realli veri pro lar, told us dun wan 2 paint 2day den 2day wanted us 2 paint again. So bo bian gers n some guys stay 2 play wif children den i went 2 buy paint wif some guys. After tat we came back, we painted the wall n after tat, we left the hme liao. The children realli enjoyed the items we had, all realli need 2 thx the gers n some of the guys who didnt go 2 buy the paint . the paintin of wall was oso well-done s we got artistic pple like stanley. After tat, hongming n i rushed back 2 sch 2 do recce frm sch 2 newton hawker centre 4 fitness orientation camp wif gk n andy. Wah they realli win liao lar along the way keep callin mi jack n they might use the jack thing s the publicity 4 the orientation camp lar. Damn bastard! After walkin 4 abt 2hr30min we finally reached newton hawker centre. Wah @ tat time i was damn hungry lar so we go chiong food until veri full lar. the fried oyster omelette there was veri nice n the fishball noodle oso veri nice. i tik the fishball can b used s table tennis ball lar. Haiz jialat nxt wk full dry run 4 orientation camp liao muz stay overnite juz like the actual event weekend gone again. Time is realli precious 4 mi liao muz realli ctrl myself frm playin anymore games liao. Time management is realli veri crucial liao!
